1- install easyPHP to have a local PHP server
2- find a web server, for instance free.fr (easyphp.com furnishes a list of PHP compliant server).
3- find a basic tutorial : you write in (X)HTML, and you can use the new tag <?php ?> : PHPFrance.com for example
